RN-XV WiFly wireless WiFi module
Brief introduction
The RN-XV WiFly module is a WiFi module , is designed for customers who want to transfer their existing 802.15.4 architecture to a TCP / IP platforms without the need to redesign existing hardware designs . In other words , if your project is set to XBee before , and you now want to move it to a WiFi network standards , as long as you insert it in the same socket without the need for additional hardware.
RN-XV WiFly module is built on the Roving Networks RN-171 Wi-Fi module that combines the 802.11 b / g radio , 32 -bit processor , TCP / IP protocol stack, real-time clock , crypto accelerator , power management unit and analog sensor interface. Roving firmware module not only simplifies the integration and minimize development time of your application . Hardware configuration of the module is very simple and requires only four connections (PWR, TX, RX and GND) will be able to create a wireless data connection.
Pin compatible with the definition of the Xbee module interface, such as the need to use the product , we recommend using the sensor expansion board series , or Xbee adapter series.
